don't flow enough air to prevent compressor surge or much lag in a stage III (13/14 psi stock turbo) car. I'm definitely no expert though. As for the sound of a BOV, if a person likes the sound of one versus another, and this is the reason that the person buys brand X vs. brand Z, then let em be. And third, when i said "worked fine" i meant prevented compressor surge and helped reduce lag between shifts on cars with stock turbos. I should have been more specific, though.
